At last week’s talk from Gubernatorial Candidate Bob Massie, he spoke about a very complex, and involved process for him to get on the ballot. This involves delegates, caucuses, deadlines and the primary.

Elizabeth Silver will be speaking at our meeting about this. The Northampton democratic caucus will be on February 5, so it is timely that we jump in to make sure Bob Massie, or another candidate that we like gets on the ballot.

7-7:30 Social time, we host these speakers to build our group to strengthen our voice, so please join us. This group is all volunteer work, come on in and join to help out, we can always use your support in making change for the better of all humankind.

Elizabeth has run many caucuses and been to many conventions. She will cover the basics of who can run, how the caucuses are run, strategies to get elected, the point of running, and what to expect at the convention.

A State Committee member will also join Elizabeth to insure all the bases are covered in her talk.

There are many ways to get involved in a campaign, and she will help clarify that.
